We have been involved in Smart Grid Communications for a number of years now, specialising in wireless Home Area Networking development. We have participated in the development of the following specifications:

• IEEE 802.15.4-2006
• ZigBee and ZigBee PRO
• ZigBee Smart Energy

We also have experience in developing embedded implementations of the ZigBee stack and 6LoWPAN stack based on the IETF 6LoWPAN standard and have experience in the IEEE 802.11 and Bluetooth standards.

Our main area of expertise is in cyber security for the Smart Grid. We have been involved in the security specifications for the ZigBee specification and are developing the security specifications for the upcoming ZigBee IP stack.
